1. Fill out the form
Please complete the enquiry form below, including as much detail as possible. I will review the information and will follow up within 3 working days to confirm date availability and to set up an introductory consultation.
2. Initial consultation
I will reach out to set up a 30-minute consultation for introductions, packages discussions and to answer any questions. Following the consultation, you can select the package you would like, sign the contract, and make your deposit to secure your date!
3. Content planning commences
You will receive a questionnaire that you will be required to complete. You will also receive access to a shared document which will serve as a place where we can share ideas.
4. Second Consultation
Ideally 2 weeks prior to the wedding we will have another call to review the content plan and to finalise the timelines.
5. The BIG day
Sit back and let me capture your special day!
A link will be shared to a password protected online gallery, which includes all the unedited pictures and videos. There is an option to download the single photos, or the entire gallery as well as the option to favourite your best images.
The link with all the unedited images/videos will be shared within 24-48 hours, except for TikToks/reels and any add-ons selected. These will be sent within 1-6 weeks depending on the nature of the item. Further details will be provided in the consultation.
I’m based in Birmingham, UK but I’m happy to travel across the UK/internationally based on my availability.
We cater for the following events: engagements, Nikkah ceremonies, Mehndi’s, bridesmaid proposals, bridal showers, wedding receptions and baby showers. If you would like coverage for a different event, not listed above, please get in touch and we can provide you with a bespoke package.
We do not consider ourselves replacements for photographers/videographers, but rather an additional bonus. We at Through Her Eyes are focused on capturing candid content and behind the scenes of the big day, as well as providing clients with the opportunity to relive their big day in 24 hours with access to a multitude of content, ready to be shared amongst family and friends.
